Crafted by our Eureka Math2 team of teacher–writers, our in-person and virtual professional development (PD) sessions include options for teachers and leaders. These sessions ensure strong initial implementation as well as sustained success.
Private Professional Development
Come together with educators from your school or district for an in-person or virtual PD session. Great Minds® facilitators will work with up to 50 participants for in-person sessions and up to 35 participants for virtual sessions.
Virtual Open Enrollment
Join educators from around the country for an open enrollment virtual PD session. Designed for 20–35 participants, sessions are led by two Great Minds facilitators.

FOUNDATIONAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Foundational sessions are designed to help teachers confidently implement the program, while leadership sessions provide tools for coaches and administrators to help support teachers in implementing Eureka Math2. Participating educators new to the program will better understand the tools, resources, and instructional design to help facilitate a successful implementation that will meet student needs.
Lead: Facilitating Successful Implementation of Eureka Math2
This one-day session is designed for Prekindergarten (PK)–Algebra I district and school leaders. Instructional leaders will be introduced to Eureka Math2 and be prepared to support teachers with early implementation. In this session, leaders will create a plan to communicate a vision for implementation success. The session will also provide leaders with the knowledge and strategies they need to pursue the curriculum with fidelity and maximize its impact. Separate sessions focus on Grade Levels K–5 and 6–Algebra I*.

Launch for PK: Bringing Eureka Math2 to Life
In this three-hour session, teachers will understand the structure, design, and components of the Eureka Math2 PK curriculum and engage with the curriculum's print and digital resources. Teachers will understand the instructional role of all the curriculum resources, which will support them as they facilitate lessons with students.

Launch: Bringing Eureka Math2 to Life
In this one-day session, teachers new to math curriculum from Great Minds will investigate the structure, design, and components of Eureka Math2 while engaging with the curriculum's print and digital resources. Teachers will explore the instructional role of all the curriculum resources (including Eureka Math2 Equip™ for those who also adopt the premium assessment tool) and be prepared to facilitate lessons with students. Educators can choose between a session for Grade Levels K–5 or Level 6–Algebra I*.

Power Up: Transitioning to Eureka Math2
In this one-day session, teachers transitioning from Eureka Math® to Eureka Math2 will understand the similarities and differences between the structure, design, and components of both programs and engage with the curriculum's print and digital resources. Teachers will understand the instructional role of all the curriculum resources which will support them as they facilitate lessons with students. Separate sessions focus on Grade Levels K–5 and Level 6–Algebra I*.

Teach for PK: Effective Instruction with Eureka Math2
This three-hour session is the follow-up to PK Launch. In this session, teachers study the content of a common module and topic by previewing the learning, investigating learning development, and exploring the assessments from Eureka Math2. They’ll explain how to engage students in playful instruction and facilitate student-to-student discussions. Teachers will use the knowledge gained from their study to prepare a sequence of lessons for instruction. Educators will feel empowered to use the process to study, prepare, and teach the Eureka Math2 PK program.

Teach: Effective Instruction with Eureka Math2
In this one-day session, teachers study the content of a common module, topic, and lesson by previewing the learning, investigating learning development, and exploring the assessments from Eureka Math2. They’ll use the knowledge gained from their study to prepare a lesson for instruction. Participants apply the process to study a module, topic, and lesson at their own grade level. Participants will leave this session having prepared and practiced a lesson they will teach. Separate sessions focus on Grade Levels K–5 and Level 6–Algebra I*.

SUSTAINING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Seasoned practitioners who have completed the foundational courses can deepen their understanding of the curriculum and strengthen their implementation through this advanced coursework.
Assess: Embedded Opportunities to Inform Instruction
This is a three-hour session designed to teach teachers about the full suite of Eureka Math2 assessments, including their design, the role each plays in instruction, and how they work together to give a more complete picture of student learning. Teachers will be given access to an optional webinar on assessment reports to watch before or after this session. They can also return to it as needed for ongoing support. Separate sessions focus on Grade Levels K–2, Grade Levels 3–5, and Grade Level 6–Algebra I*.

Adapt: Optimizing Instruction
In this one-day session, teachers will build upon the framework learned during the foundational professional development course, “Teach: Effective Instruction with Eureka Math2", to expand their capacity to effectively use the curriculum materials and student data to plan for and optimize instruction. Separate sessions focus on Grade Levels K–2, Grade Levels 3–5, and Grade Level 6–Algebra I*.
